ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the integration experience design for employer and ATS partner workflows on a contract basis, designing for a highly technical, B2B partner-facing audience. You will own the full design lifecycle from discovery and user flows through high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff, translating complex system requirements and data-heavy processes into clean, scalable UX/UI solutions. The role requires 4+ years of professional Product UX Design experience, Figma proficiency, A/B testing experience, hands-on use of AI-assisted design tools, and overlap with US Pacific and Central time zones. US-based candidates only.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the integration experience: drive the end-to-end design of seamless integration workflows for employers and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) partners.
- Design for technical audiences: craft intuitive, efficient, and user-centric interfaces tailored specifically for a highly technical, B2B partner-facing user base.
- Simplify complex systems: translate intricate system requirements, technical constraints, and data-heavy processes into clean, scalable UX/UI solutions.
- Take genuine ownership: own the entire design lifecycle from day one, from initial discovery, user flows, and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
- Align design with business: collaborate closely with product, engineering, and external partners to ensure design solutions support and enhance real-world partner relationships.

MUST HAVES
- You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time;
- 4+ years of professional and hands-on Product UX Design experience.
- Experience with Figma.
- Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Experience working within an established design system.
- Experience with usability testing.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Overlap with the US Pacific and Central time zones.
- US-based location.
- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with ATS, recruiting, HR technology, or developer/API-facing products.
- Experience designing for two-sided marketplace platforms, such as job seeker/employer marketplaces.
- Experience applying accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2, and inclusive design principles.
- Overlap with the Eastern Time time zone.

PERKS AND BENEFITS
- Growth without limits: build your skills through mentorship, internal TechTalks, challenging projects, and a dedicated annual learning budget
- Competitive compensation: get recognition that reflects your skills and impact, with regular performance and compensation reviews
- Flexibility: work 100% remotely with flexible hours that support focus, autonomy, and a healthy work rhythm
- Meaningful, modern projects: build impactful products using modern technologies alongside global teams and leading brands
- Collaborative culture: join a supportive environment with zero micromanagement where ideas are welcomed and contributions are recognized
- Well-being & support: access local well-being programs and people-focused support tailored to your location
