Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Go-to-Market
- Lead growth strategy across Hospital RCM, physician and ambulatory RCM, ASCs, workers' compensation, personal injury, dental, and specialty markets.
- Develop clear go-to-market plans by business unit, market segment, buyer, product, and channel.
- Balance long-cycle enterprise opportunities with nearer-term growth across Resolv's established businesses.
- Align growth plans with operational capacity, implementation readiness, and margin expectations.
- Serve as a hands-on executive leader for large and strategic opportunities.
- Participate in discovery, executive presentations, solution positioning, pricing, negotiations, and close planning.
- Coach the sales team on qualification, deal strategy, buyer mapping, and executive communication.
- Build repeatable sales processes that improve conversion, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity.
- Create coordinated growth plans across Resolv's business units while preserving each team's market expertise.
- Establish clear account ownership, lead routing, cross-selling, and sales coverage.
- Build an existing-client expansion program to increase adoption of additional services and products.
- Lead commercialization of Resolv's software, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with product, technology, operations, and finance on positioning, packaging, pricing, launches, and sales enablement.
- Translate technology and AI capabilities into clear client value and measurable outcomes.
- Build growth channels with Altera, other Harris businesses, healthcare technology companies, EHR and PM vendors, associations, and referral partners.
- Develop repeatable processes for lead sharing, joint selling, account coordination, and partner follow-up.
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing teams with clear goals, accountability, and performance standards.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and executive reporting.
- Ensure marketing campaigns, content, events, and messaging support measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Manage Sales and Marketing budgets and evaluate investments based on expected return.
- Work closely with operations, finance, product, technology, and client success to ensure growth is profitable and executable.
- Executive-level sales leadership experience in healthcare RCM, healthcare services, or healthcare technology.
- Proven success leading complex enterprise healthcare sales cycles.
- Experience selling or leading sales for Hospital RCM, along with knowledge of physician, ambulatory, ASC, or specialty revenue cycle environments.
- Experience managing and developing sales teams and leaders.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, and executive reporting discipline.
- Experience aligning sales, marketing, operations, product, and finance around growth execution.
- Track record of building strategic partnerships, referral channels, or technology alliances.
- Experience in a multi-business-unit, matrixed, or acquisitive healthcare organization.
- Experience selling both managed services and software or technology-enabled solutions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
- Experience with healthcare analytics, AI-enabled services, product launches, or internal partner channels.

This person should combine strong enterprise sales ability with the discipline to build a scalable sales and marketing organization.
