We are seeking a Senior Web Analytics Analyst to support our digital product and business teams by leading web analytics strategy, implementation, reporting, and experimentation initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing Google Analytics tagging implementations, defining analytics requirements for new digital features, developing dashboards and reporting in Looker Studio, and delivering actionable insights that drive product and business decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics expertise with business acumen and experience translating user behavior data into measurable recommendations. This individual will also play a key role in A/B testing strategy, experiment setup, performance measurement, and presenting findings to stakeholders across product and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain web analytics implementations across digital platforms using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Develop tagging specifications and measurement frameworks for new website features and product releases
  • Partner with product managers, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and tracking
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions in Looker Studio for business and product teams
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, feature adoption, and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights
  • Design, instrument, QA, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using experimentation platforms and analytics tools
  • Deliver clear readouts and recommendations from experiments, including statistical significance and business impact
  • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot analytics implementation issues across web properties
  • Support ongoing product optimization efforts by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or product analytics roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting in Looker Studio
  • Proven experience defining tracking requirements and implementing event-based analytics frameworks
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, experiment design, and statistical analysis
  • Experience analyzing digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral data
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization best practices
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data accuracy across implementations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX, and business teams

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
