Colibri Group is seeking an experienced SEO Strategist to join our Central Traffic Team, supporting the Real Estate ecosystem. This is a remote, full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager, Central Traffic. As our SEO Strategist, you will own and execute the eco-wide SEO strategy with a focus on maximizing organic visibility and traffic across both traditional search engines and emerging LLM-driven search experiences. You will serve as the strategic lead for SEO across the Real Estate ecosystem, partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver measurable organic growth.
What You Will Do:
- Own overall SEO strategy for the Real Estate ecosystem, driving performance across organic traffic, keyword rankings, and LLM visibility
- Lead SEO alignment across Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Deliver technical analyses, metadata recommendations, actionable briefs, and structured optimization plans
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and leverage AI-driven insights to optimize for next-generation search experiences
Monitor and report on ecosystem SEO health, sharing competitive insights and best practice updates on an ongoing basis
What You Need To Success:
5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience with a demonstrated ability to own strategy end-to-end
Proficiency in SEO tools including Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
Familiarity with LLM visibility tools such as Ever tune
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable decisions
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
