Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $125,000–$140,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
  • Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
  • Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
  • Experience with Service Portal widget development.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM).
  • Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.
  • Familiarity with App Engine Studio.
  • Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
