CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Services Consultant to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role provides technical support and training on firm-sponsored software applications to internal users

and client users.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Services Consultant role:

  • Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions.
  • Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems. Provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration or sync errors.
  • Assist with data preparation for migration and imports as needed.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 1 year of practical business experience required.
  • Experience with Spend Management solutions such as BILL (Bill.com) and/or an accounting related software preferred.
