Job Title: SharePoint Full Stack Developer (Analytics-Focused)Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Microsoft 365 services
  • Build modern SharePoint web parts and applications using SPFx, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements and translate them into scalable SharePoint-based data solutions
  • Integrate SharePoint with enterprise data platforms using Snowflake, SQL, SAS, and REST APIs
  • Design, build, and support interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and embedded analytics within SharePoint
  • Develop optimized SQL queries and SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis to support reporting needs
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data models and pipelines support SharePoint reporting and analytics use cases
  • Build secure, role-based access solutions, adhering to data governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and validation to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
  • Support recurring reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and strategic analytics initiatives through SharePoint portals and applications
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Analytics-focused SharePoint Consultant
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Microsoft 365 integrations
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying enterprise-scale datasets
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake for analytics and data querying
  • Working knowledge of SAS (Base SAS, SAS SQL; macros preferred)
  • Experience designing and delivering Tableau dashboards and executive-level reports
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and analytical data modeling concepts
  • Ability to translate analytical insights into business-friendly and executive-ready solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate integrations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Experience in Agile delivery models and client-facing or consulting roles
  • Exposure to Python or R for analytics and automation

Pay: 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $125k - $135k [Per Annum + Benefits]. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus

Benefits:  

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take the time needed for either sick time or vacation.
