The SMB Account Executive will build pipeline through outbound sales, using behavioral data to personalize outreach, and demonstrating ROI with Teramind's platform for SMBs.
The Opportunity: Secure the "People Perimeter"
The network perimeter is gone. In the era of hybrid work, the new perimeter is people. Teramind is the leading Workforce Intelligence platform, unifying Insider Risk Management, Data Loss Prevention, and Productivity Optimization into one platform powered by Agentic AI through tools like Timmy Copilot and OMNI.
We’re looking for a SMB Account Executive who operates as a true hunter — not someone who waits for inbound. You will build pipeline through high-intent signals, personalized outreach, and competitive displacement while selling a platform that helps SMBs investigate risks and productivity gaps in natural language.
The Mission: Solve the SMB "Blind Spot"
SMBs face the same insider risk and productivity challenges as enterprise companies but lack the resources to manage them. Your mission is to close that gap by running a fast, repeatable “Rapid Diagnosis” sales motion that demonstrates ROI through risk prevention and operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Hunt and own pipeline through high-volume, multi-channel outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Use behavioral data, intent signals, and industry changes to personalize outreach and target vertical-specific pain points — not mass messaging.
• Run efficient discovery calls (30 minutes or less) that quickly categorize prospects into Security, Productivity, or Process opportunities.
• Position the platform as workforce intelligence, not surveillance, and demonstrate how features like OMNI and Timmy Copilot reduce time spent analyzing dashboards.
• Partner with SMB ecosystems such as MSPs, HR consultants, and accountants to drive referrals and expand pipeline.
• Proactively address privacy concerns by highlighting privacy-first architecture, including visual redaction and offline recording.
What You Bring to the Table
• A proven hunter mindset with at least 40% of pipeline sourced independently. You know how to create momentum beyond inbound leads.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech. Comfortable discussing insider risk, DLP, and ROI with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience using tools like HubSpot and Apollo to execute structured outbound sequences and manage performance.
• Strong demo skills with the ability to adapt in real time based on prospect priorities.
• Extreme ownership and coachability — you analyze performance, refine quickly, and continuously improve.
Why Teramind?
• Market Leader: We are a G2 Leader in 50+ categories, including Insider Threat Management and User Activity Monitoring.
• AI Innovation: You will be selling the only platform in the market with Timmy Copilot, a Generative AI assistant that democratizes data for non-technical SMB buyers,.
• Massive TAM: The Insider Risk market is projected to reach $6B+ by 2032. Every company with employees is a potential customer.
• Uncapped Potential: Our Hybrid GTM strategy is designed to maximize your earnings by opening up territory hunting grounds rather than restricting you to narrow vertical pods,.
• Teramind is an equal opportunity employer. We secure the world’s most sensitive data by hiring the world’s most dedicated talent.
