Competitive salary: $45,000 – $65,000 DOE

Thomas J. Henry Law (TJH Law) – Texas’ fastest-growing personal injury law firm – is hiring a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our award-winning Marketing & Communications team.

With offices across Texas (including San Antonio and Austin), a massive social following (1M+ on Instagram @tjhlaw alone), and a reputation for aggressive litigation and unmatched client results, we are looking for a creative storyteller who can turn complex legal topics into scroll-stopping, client-attracting content.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in either our San Antonio or Austin office (your choice based on location preference). If you live in the greater San Antonio or Austin metro and love creating high-impact video and social content that drives real business results, this is your opportunity to build a career at one of Texas’ most recognized law firms.

Why Join TJH Law?

  • Be part of a results-driven marketing team that powers one of the most successful personal injury practices in the state.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with real creative freedom and immediate impact.
  • Enjoy industry-leading benefits, rapid growth potential, and a culture that recognizes and rewards top performers.
  • Help injured Texans find the justice they deserve through authentic, compliant, and highly engaging content.

What You’ll Do

  • Create original, high-performing short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) that educates viewers on personal injury rights, firm successes, client stories (ethically and compliantly), and legal insights.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts, film, edit, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Manage daily posting schedule across all platforms while maintaining brand voice and strict legal advertising compliance.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, lead generation) and iterate quickly to improve results.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, the Marketing Director, and creative team to produce larger campaigns, live events, and thought-leadership content.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform algorithm changes to keep TJH Law at the forefront of legal marketing.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional social media content creation experience (legal, professional services, or consumer brand experience is a big plus).
  • Expert-level skills in video production and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms and best practices.
  • Creative storyteller with excellent writing skills and a natural ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-volume content on tight deadlines.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to the San Antonio or Austin area (this is an in-office position).
  • Portfolio required – please be prepared to share examples of your best performing social content.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary $45,000 – $65,000 DOE (depending on experience, skills, and track record).
  • Full benefits package including:
    • Health, dental, and vision insurance (firm pays large portion of premiums)
    • 401(k) with 4% match (100% vested immediately)
    • Generous PTO and flexible All-Purpose Leave
    • Complimentary gym membership
    • Life insurance and additional voluntary benefits
    • Employee recognition events, quarterly top-performer celebrations, firm-wide giveaways, and fun team outings
  • State-of-the-art equipment and creative tools
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth within a rapidly expanding firm
