🎯 Your Mission & ResultsYou will drive our media footprint across all major short-form platforms, working directly with senior leaders.
- Content Production: Produce 2–3 high-quality short-form videos and graphics daily for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and Facebook. 🎬
- Strategy: Plan, schedule, and publish a balanced content mix. Track platform shifts and apply them to the brand's voice. 🗓️
- Optimization: Review analytics weekly, tracking key metrics (retention, reach, saves). Deliver performance reports with clear next steps. 📈
- Collaboration: Develop 14–20 new ideas weekly. Maintain clean systems (Asana, Slack, Drive) and coordinate collaboration posts. 🤝
- Goal: Grow reach, retention, and engagement across all platforms while improving workflow efficiency.
- 4+ years creating high-performing short-form content. 🥇
- Proven ability to grow accounts with examples/case studies. 🏆
- A strong portfolio showcasing editing and design execution.
- Expertise in: Editing (Premiere/CapCut/Final Cut), Social Graphics (Canva/Photoshop), Trend Research, Publishing, and Performance Insights. 💻
- Ability to produce at high volume/quality while thinking strategically. 🧠
- Deep knowledge of virality drivers and vertical video best practices.
- Highly organized, direct, and comfortable adjusting quickly to trends.
- Status: Full-time (45+hours/week) 🕒
- Location: In-person role based in our Westlake (Austin) office. 🏢
- Salary Range: $45,000–$60,000/year, based on experience and skillset. 💵
