Whether you are currently finishing your degree or looking to launch your career, you will have a seat at the table in shaping the visual identity of our marketing department.

  • Sales Collateral: Collaborate with our Sales Leads to design professional pitch decks, PDF one-pagers, and digital "battle cards" for the sales team.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all departmental output—from internal training manuals to external ads—is cohesive, modern, and on-brand.

2. Multimedia Content Creation

  • Short-Form Video: Direct, film, and edit high-energy video content (Reels/TikToks) that highlights our office culture and expert insights.

3. Strategic Marketing Support

  • Campaign Layouts: Assist in the design and execution of email marketing templates and landing page assets.
  • Trend Analysis: Use your design eye to identify emerging aesthetic trends in the Austin tech/sales market and apply them to our strategy.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive pay: Because you’re worth it
  • Direct Impact: Your designs won’t just sit in a folder; they will be the face of our department's growth.
  • Flexibility: We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate class rotations or studio hours
  • Mentorship: Work directly with department leadership to learn the "business side" of design and marketing.

Why You’ll Love It Here

At Alta, we’re more than just a pest control company - we’re a team on a mission: to provide a better experience by becoming better people. That means we invest in our team, support personal and professional growth, and challenge ourselves to improve every day. When you join us, you're not just starting a job - you’re joining a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We show up for each other, take pride in what we do, and have fun along the way.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Graphic Design, Marketing,  Visual Communications, or Fine Arts program.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.
  • Creative Wit: You should be able to take a boring "sales tip" and turn it into a thumb-stopping graphic.

Sound Like a Fit? We’d love to hear from you! Apply today and let’s start building something great—together.
