RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, or event marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, partnership development, and event execution.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI applications is an added advantage.

- Lead PR initiatives and coordinate with media partners.
- Build strategic partnerships with airlines, banks, malls, hotels, corporate organizations, and community groups.
- Coordinate localized social media content and campaigns with the central marketing team.
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Drive brand awareness across Ghana through localized campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
