KeyMik is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, internal systems, user accounts, security, and business applications. You will ensure our technology environment is secure, reliable, and optimized to support our growing remote team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving system reliability, and working in a fast-paced startup where you will take ownership of IT operations.
- Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure and business systems.
- Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other internal platforms.
- Create, update, suspend, and remove user accounts and permissions.
- Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and identity management systems.
- Monitor servers, cloud services, storage, backups, and system performance.
- Perform routine system updates, security patches, and maintenance.
- Monitor uptime, availability, and system health.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and application issues.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and access controls.
- Manage VPNs, DNS, domains, SSL certificates, and email systems.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Document IT systems, processes, and technical procedures.
- Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and recovering equipment and accounts.
- Work with engineering and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Recommend improvements to increase security, automation, and efficiency.
