About the Team

This is where brand voice meets business impact. The Social Media Manager joins Outreach's Corporate Marketing and Communications function — a collaborative group of storytellers, strategists, and brand builders who believe that how a company shows up in the world is as important as what it ships. We work cross-functionally — alongside executives, product marketing, PR, and content teams — to ensure Outreach is visible, credible, and unmistakable in the market.

We're curious about what's next: in social media, in AI-powered content creation, and in the way modern buyers discover and engage with brands. We bring bold ideas, hold a high bar on quality, and take real ownership of outcomes — together.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Social Media Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how Outreach shows up across global social channels. This is a highly visible role that blends strategic brand storytelling with executive enablement. It provides an opportunity to define the social voice of a category-defining company at the forefront of AI for revenue teams, with the creative freedom and executive access to make an outsized impact.

You'll lead the company's corporate social media presence, partner closely with Outreach executives to develop their social strategies, and work with our social media agency as the main point of contact, driving the social expression of our brand campaigns, customer stories, and AI leadership.

AI is transforming how teams create, distribute, and measure social content, and this role sits at that intersection. We're an AI-leading marketing team that uses emerging tools to work smarter, move faster, and build connections that resonate. We're looking for someone who brings that same mindset to every channel, campaign, and audience interaction.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

    • Define and Lead Social Strategy: Own and evolve Outreach's corporate social strategy to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and engagement among revenue and technology leaders.

    • Shape the Corporate Narrative: Translate key brand and business priorities — AI innovation, customer success, leadership vision — into compelling, shareable social content across platforms.

    • Employee Advocacy: Maintain and grow Outreach's employee advocacy program, empowering team members to share company content, celebrate milestones, and extend Outreach's brand voice.

    • Executive Social Leadership: Collaborate with Outreach executives to develop and execute their social strategies, ensuring thought leadership aligns with the company's voice and strategic goals.

    • Campaign & Event Integration: Lead social activation for major moments — product launches, content campaigns, industry events — ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across owned and earned channels.

    • Social Intelligence: Monitor trends, conversations, and competitors to surface insights and opportunities that shape social and brand strategy.

    • Measurement & Reporting: Track key performance indicators, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize impact and growth.

Our Vision of You

    • 5+ years of experience in social media, brand communications, or digital storytelling, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.

    • Proven success building corporate and executive social programs that drive visibility, engagement, and brand trust.

    • Demonstrated curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a desire to explore how they can enhance your workflow and drive better outcomes for customers.

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across channels and audiences.

    • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, with experience leveraging analytics and paid support to grow reach and influence.

    • Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and an eye for design and storytelling.

    • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with executives, PR, product marketing, content, and brand design teams.

    • Bonus if you have experience managing social media agencies, employee advocacy platforms, and executive thought leadership programs.
