We are building the AI generation's engineering product development platform. [https://www.tetrelai.com/]
Tetrel Health [https://www.tetrelhealth.com/]is an early-stage biosensor diagnostics company. Alongside the core device, we built Tribal, an AI-native development and governance platform. It's a self-documenting system: agents do the engineering work, and every change is tracked and versioned, with an audit trail built in. It runs on AWS and it's been our own internal command center for months.
We think it's ready to go out into the world, and we don't have the engineering time to take it there ourselves, which is what this role is for.
What you'd own:
- Bug fixing and ongoing maintenance of a live, AWS-hosted SaaS platform
- Hardening it for real multi-tenant deployment: the security and provisioning work it needs before it goes to outside users
- Deploying and operating new customer instances
- A real hand in commercializing it: packaging, positioning and taking it to market
Where it stands today: Tribal has run internally for months and does real work, it has external evaluators onboarding right now, it has no paying customers yet, and it's mid-extraction from the codebase it grew up in into a standalone deployable product, so you'd be joining before revenue exists.
Compensation: no salary and no guaranteed cash comp right now. The structure is open (revenue-share, equity, or another arrangement) and gets negotiated directly with qualified applicants. This suits someone who wants ownership of a product's outcome over guaranteed pay right now.
Who this is for: someone who has shipped and operated a real SaaS product solo or near-solo and is comfortable being the only engineer on it.
Due to DoW alignment, applicants must be US Citizens.
