We are looking for a database software engineer to add their skills to our team supporting development and sustainment of our Paperless MES/database. This is an exciting job opportunity where you'll not only work on important projects, but help shape the factory workplace of the future.
In this Software Engineer position supporting our MES Systems you will make impacts in the following ways;
  • Design, develop and support our databases (PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle) and web site (JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS).
  • Be responsible for creating and executing verification test plans of completed team projects.
  • Work closely with team members and end users developing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Design new tools to help our users do their jobs more efficiently and compliantly.
  • Design and implement automated data collection software tools
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all changes and test plans

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field and 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, ExtJS, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, HTML, C#, Unix/Linux, and Windows
  • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and adherence to coding standards utilizing configuration management tools
  • Comfortable working closely with the MES database users in cost take out and continuous improvement activities

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 4+ years of relevant technical experience
  • A basic understanding of manufacturing execution systems and how they are used

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
