What You Could Work On

Depending on your background and future opportunities within the team, you may contribute to:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software that solves meaningful business and customer problems.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, UX, data, QA, architects, and other technology teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and implement APIs, integrations, services, applications, and reusable software components.
  • Write clean, maintainable, testable code with a focus on simplicity, performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in architecture and technical design discussions and help evaluate solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Build automated unit, integration, functional, and performance tests where appropriate.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborative development practices that promote quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical and performance issues.
  • Contribute to modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployment processes.
  • Help establish and improve engineering standards, practices, and processes.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver products and capabilities from concept through production.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve how we build and deliver software.

What We're Looking For
