What You'll Do

As a Solution Architect, you'll be instrumental in translating complex customer requirements into robust, scalable, and adoptable technical solutions. While our Business Analysts increasingly handle initial discovery, you'll lead the critical phase of solution design and guide its flawless implementation. You'll drive the architecture of enterprise-level systems, ensuring every detail aligns with both customer needs and Sitetracker's platform best practices. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and adoption, as you oversee the journey from concept to go-live and beyond. This role empowers you to influence strategic technical direction, enhance organizational delivery quality, and elevate Sitetracker's standing as a trusted partner.

 

The Skills You'll Have

 

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design solution architecture for at least one end-to-end Salesforce implementation.

  • Document designs through comprehensive diagrams and/or technical specifications.

  • Break down complex requirements into system components (Out of the Box vs. Config vs. Custom).

  • Architect multi-system or enterprise-level solutions across multiple business units.

  • Introduce design patterns that are reused by others across the organization, influencing long-term enterprise architecture decisions.

 

Discovery & Requirements Translation

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to capture precise business needs.

  • Document business requirements in a structured and actionable way.

  • Validate requirements against platform capabilities, identifying potential gaps or risks during discovery.

  • Independently lead multi-day workshops with senior stakeholders.

  • Reframe vague customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that drive solution development.

 

Technical Leadership & Build Oversight

  • Review build work diligently, ensuring strict alignment with your solution designs.

  • Provide clear build guidance and answer complex technical questions for delivery teams.

  • Document best practice configuration approaches to standardize excellence.

  • Act as a technical authority across multiple parallel projects.

  • Introduce reusable frameworks or technical standards that elevate the entire delivery team's capabilities.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Present compelling solution designs and their rationale to diverse business and technical stakeholders.

  • Articulate trade-offs and platform limitations in plain language, fostering clear understanding.

  • Facilitate productive workshops to confirm design direction.

  • Present to executives and influence design direction with confidence and clarity.

  • Consistently diffuse stakeholder objections by explaining design trade-offs and benefits with conviction.

 

Within 90 days, You'll:

     
    • Deliver initial scalable solution designs for key project initiatives, setting a strong foundation for adoption.

    • Begin establishing trust with customers as a knowledgeable technical authority on Sitetracker, providing clear guidance and rationale.

    • Actively contribute to internal standards and best practices, elevating the initial quality of delivery across your assigned projects.

Within 180 days, You'll:

    • Drive the successful adoption of your solution designs across multiple projects, ensuring measurable customer satisfaction post go-live.

    • Solidify your reputation as a trusted technical partner to customers, consistently influencing design decisions and outcomes.

    • Proactively identify and introduce reusable patterns or best practices that enhance organizational efficiency and elevate overall delivery quality.

Within 365 days, You'll:

    • Consistently deliver highly adopted, scalable solution designs that are recognized for their quality and strategic impact across a portfolio of complex projects.

    • Become the go-to technical authority for customers, recognized for your ability to simplify complex challenges and foster unwavering confidence in Sitetracker solutions.

    • Significantly elevate delivery quality across the organization by championing and implementing innovative standards, patterns, and best practices.
