What You Will Do
- Deliver advanced NDO services, with focus on benchmarking, new technology optimization, and multi-vendor network optimization
- Analyze network data and provide solutions that improve capacity, functionality, and end-user experience across the mobile broadband ecosystem
- Support technical presentations, proposals, and ongoing project development
- Engage with customer technical teams and senior stakeholders to guide technical discussions
- Contribute ideas to improve and expand the NDO service portfolio
- Participate in knowledge sharing, documentation, and team capability development
You Will Bring
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or IT
- 12+ years of experience in the ICT industry, including service delivery (pre-sales experience is a plus)
- Strong technical knowledge of RAN - including radio interface, features, algorithms, and parameters
- Hands-on expertise in several of the following: 4G, 5G NSA/SA, VoNR, MBB/FWA, RAN Sharing/MOCN, ML/AI for NDO, Cloud-RAN
- Proven experience in advanced RAN analysis, network performance improvement, and technical proposal development
- (Highly valued) Competence on End to End services, covering devices, RAN, Transport and Packet Core domains
- Strong data analytics skills, including use of statistical tools to analyze and correlate network data
- Ability to understand customer business goals and translate them into network performance improvements
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at senior levels
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to knowledge sharing and supporting others
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in complex environments
- Result-oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery. Customer care and high concern for quality is required
- Knowledge of Ericsson equipment and features is an advantage
- Willingness to travel globally based on business needs
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
