In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with prospects, customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex operational and clinical workflow challenges. What You'll Do
Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, guiding customers from discovery through solution validation and implementation planning.
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to rehabilitation therapy organizations, highlighting clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Partner closely with Sales to understand customer objectives, uncover challenges, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Advise customers on rehabilitation workflow optimization, including scheduling, documentation, billing, claims management, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to influence product direction and ensure customer requirements are effectively represented.
Leverage AI-powered tools and capabilities to enhance demonstrations, accelerate problem-solving, and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
Develop compelling technical proposals, solution designs, and ROI-driven recommendations that align with customer goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends across rehabilitation technology, healthcare operations, RCM, interoperability, and artificial intelligence.
Support strategic sales opportunities by serving as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders

What You Bring
3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
Experience within healthcare technology, rehabilitation software, EHR, practice management, billing, or related healthcare SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including claims processing, reimbursement workflows, payer interactions, denials management, and billing operations.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience designing and presenting customized software demonstrations and technical solutions.
Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and technologies, with the ability to apply AI capabilities to improve workflows, customer experiences, and business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and consultative communication skills.
Ability to build credibility with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and prospect engagements.
