If you're passionate about solving complex problems and making the internet safer for everyone, this is your place.

Why Join Us?

  • Mission-driven teams: Work alongside industry veterans from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, all united by a shared goal to make the digital world safer.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to help our customers design and implement intelligent, scalable risk decisioning systems powered by Oscilar’s platform. You’ll serve as the bridge between our product and our customers — guiding integrations, solving technical challenges, and shaping product feedback loops to accelerate adoption.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to define and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers — from onboarding to production deployment.

  • Design, test, and implement integrations leveraging tools like Elasticsearch, Snowflake, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL.

  • Build and maintain API and data workflows using REST, webhooks, and custom scripts in Python.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing prescriptive guidance across risk domains such as Fraud, AML/KYC/KYB, and Credit Underwriting.

  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing architecture roles.

  • Deep experience with AWS (Lambda, CloudWatch, Cognito) and data infrastructure tools.

  • Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.

  • Familiarity with Redis, Redshift, or Clickhouse.

  • Expertise integrating REST APIs and third-party data providers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

  • Background in risk, compliance, or financial data systems is a major plus.

Benefits and Other Perks:

  • Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages, including 401(k).

  • Health: 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents (U.S.).

  • Balance: Unlimited PTO policy.

  • Culture: Family-friendly environment with regular team events and offsites.

  • Development: Accelerated professional growth alongside industry leaders.

  • Impact: Make the digital economy safer by protecting online transactions.
