Design and optimize technology infrastructure by integrating systems, enhancing workflows, managing data integrity, and implementing AI solutions to drive growth.
We are seeking a capable and forward-thinking Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our core technology infrastructure. Reporting directly to the EVP of Operations, you will collaborate with executive leadership across multiple business lines, including F&I, P&C, and Employee Benefits. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the systems, data strategy, and AI capabilities that power our organizational growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, possessing the technical expertise to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, implement, and maintain a scalable system architecture across Salesforce, AMS (Amplo/Veruna), and connected platforms.
- Workflow Optimization: Lead the enhancement of CRM and AMS workflows to drive operational efficiency, data visibility, and user adoption.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders to translate operational and strategic requirements into technical solutions.
- Data Integrity: Oversee cross-system data integration to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a "single source of truth".
- AI & Automation: Lead AI and automation initiatives, identifying use cases and implementing tools to streamline workflows and surface actionable insights.
- Integration Management: Manage technical connections between Salesforce, AMS, SQL databases, and external partners, including carriers, TPAs, and financial systems.
- Business Intelligence: Develop and manage reporting frameworks and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Governance & Scalability: Establish data governance standards and identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 5–10+ years in systems architecture, CRM/AMS management, or equivalent roles.
- Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce architecture, including data models, workflows, and integrations.
- Industry Systems: Experience working with AMS platforms (Veruna/Amplo or similar insurance-specific systems).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Modern Tech Stack: Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as OpenAI, Zapier, and Power Automate.
- Core Competencies: Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority projects.
- Experience within a multi-line insurance brokerage environment (F&I, P&C, EB).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system transformations or automation initiatives.
- Understanding of complex financial models, such as reinsurance structures or dealer programs.
- Experience with the Monday.com project management system.
