The Opportunity:  

Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing is a generative AI-first product that lets marketing teams quickly plan, create, manage, activate and measure on-brand content. We are looking team members to be on the forefront of Generative AI as we take GenStudio for Performance Marketing to market.   

  
As a member of the GenStudio for Performance Marketing Solution Consultant team, you will be responsible for leading customer engagements through in-product software driven demos, showcasing the benefits and value for Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing. As we bring the product to market the team will work with the COE team, Account Directors, AE’s, Product Specialists, Product Marketing and customers to help shape the current and future direction of Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing. The team will be operating in a fast-changing environment and Solution Consultant members should be comfortable with this fast-paced, startup like environment where quickly evolving the business will be required.  

We are seeking those experienced in Pre-Sales who have a track record of success.   Excitement to work in a changing, fast-paced environment is a must. If you are passionate about Generative AI, have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by market leading customers, we want to hear from you.  

What you'll Do:  

  • Deliver in-product demos and technically progress GenStudio for Performance Marketing and Content Supply opportunities 
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with overall business objectives.   
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to understand market trends, identify customer needs, and competitive landscape within the generative AI and content space  

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Well versed and experienced giving customer-facing Content Supply Chain presentations & live demonstrations 
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Cloud products and Adobe Express
  • Strong knowledge of creative workflows, marketing campaign planning & execution and a desire to work on an emerging product
  • Strong knowledge of Cross Product and Cross Cloud integrations including setup & workarounds
  • Passion for AI and understanding of Adobe’s AI capabilities 
  • Collaborative player with strong cross-functional relationships across TPS, Sales & BU teams 
  • Experience telling our One Adobe Cross-Cloud story with a strong storytelling skillset  
  • Customer facing experience demoing and presenting AEM and/or Workfront  
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible as product offering and GTM evolves 
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of pre-sales experience.  
  • Up to 30% travel.

  • The ability to take richness of the Adobe Content Supply Chain story and turn it into value customers can understand and deliver on.    
  • Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment with team goals and metrics.   
  • A builder and ‘start up’ mentality; understanding the goal is to own the category for GenStudio; the ability to be agile, project passion internally and with customers. Deep knowledge of the marketing technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business models  

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
