Responsible for support of the Providence wedding ministry, special events, and miscellaneous events and projects in the Senior/Executive Pastor ministry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate all wedding related events for Providence Church. Handle inquiries regarding policy, scheduling, and costs. Maintain correspondence, process fees, and provide tours of facility. Handle general coordination for bride and groom, Wedding Director, Director of Production, Facility Services, caterers, florists, and photographers as related to wedding activities.

2. Assist with coordination of Special Events and Conferences such as Christmas Eve Service and other church wide events.

3. Assist the Director of HR & Administration with projects and assignments.

4. Assist with the planning and implementation of lunch for monthly staff meetings.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.
