The summary above was generated by AI

Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 230 countries and regions. 20,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average.

In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life.

Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,500 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite.

You will

Serve as a high-leverage, cross-functional GTM utility player, taking ownership of a rotating set of high-priority initiatives. This could include:

  • Leading new-vertical exploration and driving the first wave of GTM execution.

  • Owning competitive intelligence across priority use cases and industries.

  • Identifying, investigating, and validating new growth levers and emerging trends.

  • Producing sharp, actionable analyses in days—not weeks.

  • Developing credible market sizing estimates in weeks—not months.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for leadership-level special projects.

You have

  • 4+ years of experience in some combination of:

    • Highly strategic work such as investment banking or consulting

    • Being an operator at a start-up

  • Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentation-first culture.

  • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions.

Why work with us

  • We’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead, which is good news for your career growth.

  • We offer competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $180,000 - $220,000.

  • We're a fully remote company. Work from wherever you want in the Americas.

  • We’ve got smart people and a great culture. See our company handbook.

Austin has a diverse and thriving tech ecosystem thanks to home-grown companies like Dell and major campuses for IBM, AMD and Apple. Austin’s tech scene spans many verticals, but it’s particularly known for hardware, including semiconductors, as well as AI, biotechnology and cloud computing. And its food and music scene, low taxes and favorable climate has made the city a destination for tech workers from across the country.

Key Facts About Austin Tech

  • Funding Landscape: $4.5 billion in VC funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
