Job Description:

The Role

Entegris is currently seeking a Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst- Returnable Asset Management to join our Supply Planning team. This position will be based in our Round Rock, TX facility. 

 

Join our growing Entegris team in Round Rock, TX- 20 miles north of downtown Austin.  

 

As a Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst – Returnable Asset Management, you will assist in supporting the global performance, utilization, and optimization of our returnable asset fleet. As a critical member of the supply chain team, you will use data-driven analysis and partner cross-functionally with plant manufacturing, planning teams, and Business Unit leaders to ensure alignment between fleet supply and demand, throughput, and support continuous improvement efforts. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Perform and enhance supply vs. demand analysis to proactively identify vessel supply risks and support manufacturing sites with actionable resolution. 

  • Maintain and enhance reporting tools to help drive business decisions, communicate fleet health, highlight inefficiencies, excess/shortages, and bottlenecks within the full supply loop. 

  • Develop reporting and analysis of vessel excess and MRB units and partner with local teams to drive remedial plan execution. 

  • Actively manage aged-at customer units by working with Business Unit Leaders, Customer Enablement Team, Account Teams to drive customer return improvements. 

  • Produce component forecasting scenarios to help facilitate supplier readiness. 

  • Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact for vessel related SAP transaction processes and issues. 

  • Contribute to fleet digitization initiatives through data validation, master data enhancement, modeling, and testing. 

  • Support scalable solutions that enable proactive and predictive fleet management. 

What We Seek 

  • B.S. degree required; degree in business analytics or supply chain management is a plus. 

  • 0-3 years of experience as a data analyst or experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or asset management. 

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools, Power BI preferred. 

  • Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts such production management, logistics, procurement, Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), lead time, inventory management, and asset utilization. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate multiple datasets into clear business insights and actionable recommendations. 

  • Ability to connect data analysis to real-world operational impacts (manufacturing, logistics, customer behavior, procurement). 

  • Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with cross functional teams at all organizational levels and drive appropriate actions using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI). 

Outstanding Candidates Will Have: 

  • Experience and familiarity with ERP systems, with strong understanding of MRP functionality, SAP preferred.  

  • Proficiency with Power BI involving complex data modeling and advanced DAX calculations with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance business intelligence reporting. 

  • Advanced Excel skills including experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros and Automation 

  • Experience in SAP Business Objects. 

  • Ability to develop scenario simulations and optimization models for supply/demand balancing or asset utilization. 

  • Experience leveraging machine learning or advanced analytics in supply chain or operations contexts.
