Key activities of this role will include prospecting and acquiring new business, funnel management and revenue attainment. They will develop and maintain long term, quality relationships by working closely with the customer providing consultative sales assessment and offering creative solutions. This position is inside based and reports to the Manager, Specialty Sales. They will work directly with Classics, RV, and Powersports Dealers and Auctions nationwide.

USD 30,200.00 - 45,200.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $30,200.00 - $45,200.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $34,000.00.

- Identify prospective accounts, conduct cold and warm sales calls, and use the Cox Auto selling approach to manage and successfully close complex sales opportunities.
- Maintain current book of business through account management in the backend of the website ensuring all dealer contact information is correct, utilizing available featured and prime ads, ensuring inventory has photos and pricing.
- Analyze dealer and auction display results focusing primarily on delivery issues.
- Identify customers that are at risk of cancelation and take the necessary steps to ensure retention of those customer within their book of business.
- Document all sales and service interactions in the Specialty instance of Salesforce.
- Utilize key industry tools (i.e.: online trade magazines, trade shows, blogs) to stay abreast of the latest industry information and to build business and for networking
Internal Systems - Focus on new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems
- Provide accurate forecasting and develop weekly and monthly sales plans to manage the sales funnel.
- Ensure that monthly, weekly, yearly sales goals are met or exceeded

Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The rightcandidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field
- Demonstrated advanced communication skills (written, verbal, phone, and interpersonal) skills
- Proven experience and ability to analyze customer problems and trends to offer suggestions and recommendations for improvement and success
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with business software applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel) and virtual demonstration software and communication tools
- Like experience in a customer focused, account management, revenue driven environment
- Proven experience and ability to build and maintain cross-departmental, multi-functional and collaborative relationships
- Software sales or automotive sales experience a strong plus
- Media advertising experience
- Experience in an account management or service role
