Sponsorship Manager — Brand Sponsorship (Marketing & Communications), Marsh | Dublin (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a talented Sponsorship Manager to join Marsh’s Marketing & Communications Brand Sponsorship team, based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work in the office at least three days per week.

In this role, you will lead the review, evaluation, and coordination of Marsh’s brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. You’ll partner closely with marketing, legal, and commercial stakeholders to ensure sponsorship activity aligns with Marsh’s brand standards, strategic priorities, and legal requirements- while building a consistent, measurable global process.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how Marsh brings its brand to life through high-impact partnerships. You’ll play a central role in strengthening governance, maximising value from sponsorship investments, and creating a clear, global view of our sponsorship footprint and the benefits delivered.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead the review of brand partnership and sponsorship proposals to ensure they reflect Marsh appropriately and align with brand strategy.

  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities against strategic goals, helping to build a clear view of Marsh’s global sponsorship and partnership footprint and benefits.

  • Support partner negotiations and coordinate with Legal to ensure agreements are favourable, compliant, and aligned with company standards.

  • Develop and maintain a standardised global process for evaluating, tracking, and reporting on sponsorships and partnerships.

  • Monitor compliance with sponsorship agreements and brand guidelines, providing oversight and guidance across the sponsorship evaluation process.

  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and effective global management of sponsorship activity.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, English, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Significant experience in sponsorships, partnerships, brand marketing, communications, or a related strategic role.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office Suite, and structured tracking/reporting processes.
