The Sr. Account Manager supports a key channel relationship, combining direct client interaction with internal management of operational projects.
ResponsibilitiesHow do I make an impact on my team?
- Develop positive client relationships.
- Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
- Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
- Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
- Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
- Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry.
- Proven experience successfully managing client relationships.
- Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
