  • Lead technical discovery, architectural discussions, executive workshops, and strategic solution engagements.

Drive Security & Identity Solution Excellence

  • Provide deep technical expertise across Identity Security, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and security operations.
  • Help customers understand and realize the value of ServiceNow's expanding security portfolio, including Veza and Armis.
  • Architect solutions that address identity visibility, access intelligence, least-privilege enforcement, cyber exposure, and security risk reduction.
  • Demonstrate how integrated security capabilities can help organizations eliminate silos and improve their overall security posture.

Shape the Future of AI & Identity Security

  • Advise customers on emerging identity and security challenges associated with AI agents, non-human identities, and autonomous systems.
  • Explore approaches to AI agent discovery, identity lifecycle management, permissions, governance, and access control.
  • Help organizations establish security and governance frameworks as they scale AI adoption.

Influence Strategic Enterprise Opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with account teams, solution consulting leadership, product management, and engineering to advance complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Lead compelling technical presentations, solution demonstrations, architecture workshops, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Articulate differentiated technical value and competitive positioning in sophisticated enterprise environments.
  • Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert for strategic customer engagements.

Elevate the Center of Excellence

  • Contribute to reusable solution architectures, technical enablement, demonstrations, and field best practices.
  • Mentor and enable field Solutions Consultants on security and identity technologies.
  • Bring customer and market insights back to product and engineering teams to influence innovation and solution strategy.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise

  • Deep experience in identity security, including IAM, IGA, and privileged access, with identity as your primary focus within enterprise cybersecurity.
  • Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, access governance, entitlement management, and least-privilege principles.
  • Subject matter expertise in identity security architectures for large, complex enterprises, with the fluency to speak credibly about identity platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and modern security architectures to identity teams, enterprise architects, and business leaders alike.
  • Understanding of emerging security challenges involving AI agents, machine identities, and non-human access.
  • Ability to connect complex technical capabilities to meaningful security and business outcomes.

Consultative & Strategic Skills
