Job Summary:
Leads administration of complex enterprise applications and integrations that support critical business operations. Provides advanced technical expertise in configuration, performance optimization, and system analysis. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to align application capabilities with operational needs. Guides continuous improvement of application management practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Administers complex or business-critical enterprise applications with significant cross-functional impact.
Analyzes application functionality, data requirements, system interfaces, and environment dependencies to optimize performance and scalability.
Leads planning and coordination of application upgrades, enhancements, and release deployments.
Partners with vendors to address escalated support issues, evaluate release documentation, and assess feature enhancements.
Designs and maintains integrations between enterprise applications and data systems.
Provides advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, including root cause analysis and resolution of high-impact incidents.
Guides less experienced administrators and promotes standard operating procedures and best practices for application usage.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
4-7 years of experience in enterprise application administration required.
Experience supporting application upgrades, integrations, and vendor escalations for business-critical systems required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Professional-level certification(s) in application administration for solutions in the corresponding technology domain (ConTech, FinTech, HRTech, etc.) preferred.
IT service management certification preferred.
Successful completion of a background check is required.
