Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience SQL, SAS, PYTHON, R programming and/ or data manipulation
- 3+ years of preparing/creating/managing reporting and analysis
- 2+ years of experience in creating and managing data reporting dashboards leveraging Power BI or equivalent data visualization software (DOMO, Tableau)
- Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel (VBA, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, lists, statistical functions, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst supporting a healthcare delivery organization or project, etc.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a government, legal, health care, managed care and/or health insurance environment in a regulatory, privacy or compliance role
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with ability to share findings with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
