Job Summary


We have an opening for a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst that will engage in build out of executive intelligence reporting and partner with key stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decisions across ERMCO. A successful candidate will be a driven individual who enjoys understanding the story behind the data and working with leaders across the organization to uncover insights. This role will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, Human Resources, Legal and the Chief of Staff teams to gather data and develop dashboards that support important decisions. The role will have a high level of exposure to senior leadership, and the work will have a direct impact in supporting leadership decisions.


This role is remote within the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, MI, MA, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY. Candidates may reside in or relocate to any of these states. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, and user-friendly analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Define, standardize, and continuously refine key business metrics and KPIs in partnership with functional leaders to ensure enterprise-wide consistency.
  • Drive cross-functional reporting and insights through dashboards, self-service analytics tools, and data visualizations that enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests while identifying opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and self-service capabilities within Power BI.
  • Develop and optimize semantic data models in Power BI, including DAX measures, calculated columns, hierarchies, and relationships, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Research, acquire, and integrate external data sources to enhance internal analytics capabilities and provide greater business context and insight.
  • Connect and integrate data from ERP systems, CRM platforms, manufacturing systems, SQL databases, spreadsheets, cloud applications, and third-party sources through robust, automated data pipelines.
  • Define and maintain enterprise-wide data definitions, KPI calculations, business rules, and master data standards to ensure consistency across reporting platforms and business systems.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through governance processes, data validation rules, exception reporting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve master data management across enterprise systems, including customers, products, suppliers, materials, chart of accounts, and other critical master data domains.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or similar)
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence building out executive level dashboards
  • 5+ years of experience in performing data analysis in Microsoft Excel using various functions
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Power BI and Excel
