About the Role:
Are you ready for your next real security challenge? Are you passionate about helping organizations stop breaches using a platform that just works? If so, CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Channel Solution Architect for National Resellers. You will support a team of Alliances managers and their Solutions Provider partners, educating them on and demonstrating the value of CrowdStrike’s security platform, while enabling them to do the same as an extension of our sales team. You should be able to articulate how current security solutions are designed and deployed, and why they are failing. You should be capable of creating and delivering compelling sales and technical trainings, building trust as a resource both internally and externally, all while identifying and driving initiatives to strengthen our partners’ offerings and ensure continual growth. You will be part of a team responsible for changing what our partners and the greater security market believe is possible with a next-generation endpoint security technology.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with our Alliances team and Partners on sales and technical enablement to ensure the mutual growth of CrowdStrike business and wallet share.
Train and educate partner SE and Sales staff about CrowdStrike solutions and integrations.
Drive effective and compliant adoption of partner not-for-resale environments.
Lead partners to achieve and aim to exceed accreditation and certification requirements.
In conjunction with Alliances team, achieve and aim to exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets.
In conjunction with Alliances team, act as liaison between partner and CrowdStrike Sales/SE teams to overcome obstacles, assist with deal cycle, and identify opportunity for partners to add value.
Ensure partners can effectively identify leads and qualify opportunities.
Assist partner with sales motions and guidance where necessary and involving additional resources when appropriate to support partner-led business.
Consult with partners on effective testing and POC/POV methodologies relevant to modern attack techniques.
Utilize technology integrations in the partner’s portfolio to create additional paths to growth.
Identify and develop opportunities to enable partner-led professional services.
Develop, adapt, and deliver content and messaging as part of executing partner joint marketing plan activities.
Monitor and provide guidance on the latest attacker methodologies, competitive landscape, industry news, and market development in the region.
What You'll Need:
Sales/SE experience generating net new business through Channel Partners or with a National Reseller.
Experience in endpoint and/or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM solutions, firewall, HIPS/IDS, email protection, etc.
Technical understanding of a wide variety of IT technologies: network infrastructure, firewalls, encryption, virtualization, cloud/SaaS, email, mobile device management, vulnerability management, modern web applications and services, APIs, etc.
Strong fundamentals in network engineering: OSI model, IP routing/switching, DNS, HTTPS/SSL/TLS, etc.
Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and systems administration.
Familiarity with modern attack techniques, various hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, common malware families, and Anti-Virus / IDS / IPS evasion techniques.
Understanding of SOC operations and IT Process Automation / Orchestration
Relentless problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Able to create lasting relationships within partner and internal teams – Sales, SE, Marketing, Professional Services, Ops, Legal, Training, etc.
Exemplary communication and presentation skills with the ability to easily articulate complex security problems to a variety of audiences and skill levels
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to travel as required
Bonus Points:
Experience with large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
Experience with APIs and/or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and sandbox analysis
Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS, etc.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
