  • Socialize and refine the strategy with senior leadership and the AI Committee
  • Design recommendations for an AI initiative tracking dashboard, including KPIs and success metrics
  • Develop an AI governance model, including RACI, operating standards, and decision frameworks
  • Create a project plan and roadmap, identifying risks, dependencies, and required change‑management activities

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a senior strategy consultant, advisor, or program leader supporting executive stakeholders (CIO/CTO level)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related; MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in the Architecture and Engineering industry is preferred
  • Strong background in AI, digital transformation, or advanced technology strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise discovery and stakeholder interviews
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience assessing business impact and effort tradeoffs
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint
  • Experience defining governance models, KPI metrics, dashboards, and roadmaps
  • Ability to operate independently while influencing across complex, global organizations
