Our Corporate Payments business is at a critical point with true global scale, strong growth and accelerating momentum in key businesses.

Talent Stewardship & Culture: Build and manage a holistic talent strategy for the future, ensuring the organization has the right competencies to deliver on long-term strategy. You lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers and designers, coaching them to think and act as product owners fluent in AI-enabled workflows. You cultivate an environment where psychological safety is foundational, empowering teams to assess and flag product risks

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Own the End-to-End Product Experience: Accountable for the coherence, quality, and outcomes of the Embedded Payments portfolio, including E2E product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics.
Drive Execution & Platform Scalability: Partner with Engineering to optimize system constraints while championing accessibility, security, and compliance as fundamental product qualities.
