Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to own the Global Go‑To‑Market Strategy for NXP’s Robotics Solutions. This role is responsible for solution definition, product launches, and industry positioning, working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and global partners to accelerate adoption and market impact.

Key Responsibilities

Go‑To‑Market Strategy

  • Lead and execute the Global Go‑To‑Market Strategy for NXP’s Robotics Solution Portfolio
  • Lead a Globally Distributed Marketing Team to ensure alignment on strategy and consistent execution
  • Drive engagement and adoption across OEMs, ODMs
  • Build Partnership in the robotic Ecosystem

Solution Development & Launch

  • Define, package, and launch End‑to‑End Robotics Solutions in close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Technical Marketing, and Marcom Teams
  • Develop clear and differentiated Solution Messaging and Positioning, effectively communicating technical value to both technical and business audiences
  • Create and deliver Sales Enablement Assets, including presentations, solution briefs, training materials, web content, and partner collateral

Marketing Communications & Industry Presence

  • Build industry awareness and Thought Leadership through blogs, webinars, podcasts, events, social media, and global PR campaigns
  • Conduct local market and competitor analysis to guide NXP’s Robotics Strategy and positioning
  • Represent NXP at trade shows, conferences, and key partner and customer engagements

Qualifications

Experience & Technical Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in Product, Solution, or Industry Marketing within engineering‑focused Software or Hardware companies
  • Proven experience in Robotics or intelligent systems

Leadership & Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to combine Technical Expertise, Marketing Strategy, and Business Insights
  • Proven success leading Complex Product Launches and GTM Initiatives in partner‑driven ecosystems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling value propositions
  • Self‑motivated leader with strong collaboration, influence, adaptability, and decision‑making skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred

The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.
Company benefits include health. dental, and vision insurance. 401(k), and paid leave. Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is:

$236,800 to $325,600 annually
