  • Conduct pricing research, competitive analysis, and win/loss insights.

  • Develop internal guidance and external narratives for pricing changes.

Sales & customer enablement

  • Create high-impact enablement assets including pitch decks, solution briefs, battlecards, demo narratives, and value tools.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support pipeline, expansion, and strategic deals.

Market, customer & competitive intelligence

  • Establish a strong voice-of-customer and voice-of-market discipline.

  • Own competitive positioning and objection-handling strategies.

Team leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-performing product marketing team.

  • Define best practices, standards, and career growth for PMM.

  • Comfortable operating as a player/coach in a growth-stage environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in fintech and/or digital banking technology, including digital banking platforms, onboarding/account opening, or data and marketing solutions.

  • Experience selling to community and regional banks and credit unions.
