We are seeking a Sr. Enterprise Systems Technical Business Analyst to support key initiatives across our enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce and customer-facing business systems. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Engineering to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate is comfortable gathering detailed business requirements, supporting roadmap discussions, and partnering with technical teams to deliver system enhancements. You will need solid Salesforce expertise, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical business partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Product Strategy Support: Partner with Product Managers and senior BAs to help implement technical solutions supporting new product packages and platform enhancements; contribute to translating product vision into system capabilities and implementation plans.
  • Business Analysis: Understand business processes through observations and interviews to help ensure the right tools, reports, and processes are built and implemented to align with business priorities. Support discovery sessions and requirements gathering for project initiatives, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering to finalize solution design.
  • End-to-End Delivery Support: Partner with architects, developers, administrators, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle including sprint planning, QA testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and end-user adoption.
  • Salesforce Support: Implement and enable end-user enhancements across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related enterprise applications to support Sales, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, and Product organizations.
  • AI & Emerging Technologies: Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered capabilities to improve business processes and partner with technical teams to evaluate solutions utilizing Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, Gemini, or other platforms.
  • Project & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage assigned projects across business and technology teams, contributing to project plans, implementation timelines, and clear status communications, with guidance from senior team members as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Program Coordinator with experience implementing and enhancing Salesforce solutions, with experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation, including business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Strong skills writing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Experience with, or strong interest in, implementing AI-enabled business solutions (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Flow, APIs, and enterprise integrations alongside knowledge of CRM, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, CPQ, and SaaS business processes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; a "We, Not Me" collaborative attitude.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, AI Associate, or Agentforce Specialist) and Agile/Scrum certifications.
