About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Senior Event Content Manager to lead the development, curation, and execution of world-class content across our global Fal.Con event portfolio. This individual will be responsible for shaping the event experience through impactful storytelling, thought leadership programming, and seamless speaker engagement. The ideal candidate combines creativity with operational excellence, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record of driving audience engagement through high-quality, purpose-driven event content.

What You’ll Do:

Content Strategy & Development

  • Design and oversee content tracks, session themes, and speaker formats for CrowdStrike flagship events: Fal.Con US, Fal.Con Europe and Fal.Con Gov.

  • Partner with marketing, product, and executive teams to surface the topics, trends, and voices that tell CrowdStrike’s story and push the cybersecurity conversation forward.

  • Leverage AI platforms to ideate, test, refine, and optimize content - accelerating workflows, elevating quality, and discovering new ways to differentiate Fal.Con

  • Drive innovation in content formats and experience design, evolving breakouts, panels, fireside chats, workshops, and technical sessions into sharper, more impactful programming.

  • Challenge and level up track owners, SMEs, and partner contributors to continually raise the bar on session clarity, quality, and relevance while building a compelling speaker lineup.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product marketing, event operations, creative, and communications teams to ensure that content, experience design, and brand voice are deeply integrated and mutually reinforcing.

  • Partner with PR and Social to extend the Fal.Con narrative “beyond the room,” amplifying key messages and storytelling across digital channels.

  • Implement AI-powered and traditional measurement tools to assess performance, audience satisfaction, and ROI, turning insights into actionable improvements.

Session Production & Delivery

  • Oversee all content logistics onsite or virtually, including speaker prep, stage management, and session flow.

  • Ensure that every presentation meets a high bar of storytelling, clarity, technical accuracy, and alignment to the event’s strategic narrative.

  • Partner with event production and AV teams to design and deliver flawless, high-impact sessions — from lighting and stagecraft to transitions, demos, and technical cues.

  • Own run-of-show development, speaker briefs, production schedules, and backstage workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Coordinate technical rehearsals, ensuring all slides, demos, and media assets are final, tested, and stress-proofed.

  • Manage process for onsite timing, cueing, and flow for sessions to maintain pacing and engagement.

  • Ensure post-event production assets (recordings, presentations) are captured, organized, and distributed for continued content engagement.

What You’ll Need:

  • 12+ years of experience in event content management, conference programming, or editorial strategy (preferably in B2B, tech, or SaaS industries).

  • Proven success in developing and managing complex event programs with multiple content tracks (15+) and speakers (200+).

  • Strong editorial instincts and storytelling skills, with a strong ability to translate technical ideas into compelling, high-clarity narratives.

  • Experience working with C-level executives, external speakers, and industry influencers.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills;thrives in environments with many moving parts and immovable deadlines.

  • Comfort with digital event platforms, content management systems, and production tools - plus a willingness to innovate using AI-driven workflows.

  • Ability to travel (domestic/international) as required by the event schedule.

Bonus Points:

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for building meaningful event experiences.

  • Adept at balancing creative vision with logistical precision.

  • Comfortable working in a global, fast-moving, and cross-functional environment.
