Senior Executive Business Partner

Position Summary:

Natera’s Executive Services Organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Business Partner to support leaders in the Business Development Organization. This role requires a polished executive presence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, strengthens team collaboration, and may have experience managing or mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead administrative operations for the Business Development Organization, scaling support as business needs evolve.

- Support contract execution by tracking agreements, managing approvals, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion.

- Monitor project deadlines and deliverables, providing timely reminders to stakeholders.

- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and provide scheduling recommendations.

- Plan and facilitate weekly staff meetings, including agenda preparation and action item tracking.

- Partner with HR on recruiting activities and serve as liaison between executives and teams.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across all levels of the organization.

- Negotiate with vendors and coordinate high-impact events under tight deadlines.

- Arrange travel and process expenses in compliance with company policy.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in a public company or large corporation (1,000+ employees) preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy.

- Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and deadlines.

- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal direction.

- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Work Environment & Travel:

Primarily office-based
May require occasional evening or weekend work.
Travel up to 5–10%.
