As a Senior HR Generalist here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.

You will report directly to our Senior Human Resources Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Partner with talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on HR practices and regulations
  • Effectively listens to employee concerns and gathers necessary details to assess technical HR-related issues. Analyzes the problem and directs the employee to the appropriate escalation path or resource to support resolution.
  • Builds strong working knowledge of HR systems through hands-on exploration and continuous learning. Effectively leverages available resources, documentation, and data to research issues and identify patterns. Asks insightful, targeted questions to connect information and arrive at clear, well‑supported outcomes
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology to support HR operations effectively
  • Ability to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR Acuity, Salesforce, Power BI, Oracle HCM, SAP Timekeeping (Time Workbench)
  • Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
  • Experience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
  • Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and
