The Senior International Tax Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Company’s global tax position, ensuring compliance with US-outbound international tax laws, supporting cross‑border planning initiatives, and partnering with business units on international operations. Key Responsibilities
- US Tax Compliance — Oversee international components of the U.S. federal income tax return, including GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, BEAT, and foreign tax credit calculations.
- Provision Support — Assist with quarterly and annual global tax provision processes under ASC 740, including foreign income, tax attributes, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions.
- Transfer Pricing — Support transfer pricing documentation, intercompany transactions, and operational implementation of transfer pricing policies.
- International Planning — Analyze tax impacts of cross‑border transactions, supply‑chain changes, financing structures, and business expansions.
- Audit & Controversy — Assist with IRS and foreign tax authority audits, information requests, and documentation.
- Research & Advisory — Conduct technical research on international tax issues and communicate findings to tax leadership and business partners.
- Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline data gathering, reporting, and compliance processes; support tax technology initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and global finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment on international tax matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–7+ years of international tax experience in public accounting, corporate tax, or a mix of both.
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. international tax rules (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTCs, BEAT).
- Experience with ASC 740 and multinational tax provision processes.
- Proficiency with tax research tools and tax compliance software.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex tax regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑tax stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, JD, or Master’s in Taxation.
- Experience with transfer pricing documentation and operational transfer pricing.
- Familiarity with OECD Pillar Two developments and global minimum tax frameworks.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.

DOE, salary $110K - $120K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
