Role Summary:

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving enterprise-level people strategies and organizational effectiveness. This role influences business outcomes through strategic workforce planning, leadership coaching, and change management, while ensuring alignment with global HR programs and compliance standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent priorities that enable business growth.
  • Leadership Coaching: Advise executives and managers on leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and culture transformation.
  • Organizational Design & Change: Lead complex org design initiatives and enterprise change programs; develop communication and adoption strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics to identify trends in attrition, engagement, and diversity; present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Talent Management: Drive high-impact talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development in partnership with CoEs.
  • Risk & Compliance: Serve as escalation point for sensitive employee relations matters; partner with ER/Legal to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
  • Global Program Enablement: Cascade enterprise HR initiatives, ensuring consistent execution across regions and functions.
  • Culture & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion; foster a high-performance, values-driven culture.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years progressive HR experience, including significant business partnering at senior leadership level.
  • Proven success in organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence at executive level.
  • Expertise in HR analytics and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

Expected Salary Range

$96,900.00 - $184,200.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
