Join us on our mission to empower more people to find their way home by breaking barriers to entry, making the right connections, and building confidence through expert guidance.

As Realtor.com+ scales, the gap between initial user acquisition and true product adoption represents a significant opportunity for long-term product stickiness and revenue growth. We're hiring a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to serve as the operational and strategic lead for user retention. This role will own the end-to-end messaging journey within Intercom, ensuring every user is systematically guided toward the high-value actions that define a successful Realtor.com+ experience.

What You'll Do: This is a hands-on strategic role responsible for building and optimizing the communication layer of the product.

  • Campaign Architecture: Design and build automated "always-on" messaging series in Intercom (Email & In-App) triggered based on user behavior.
  • Funnel Optimization: Manage the "Activation Funnel" by creating and iterating on engagement series for three key actions (Inviting Clients, Creating Searches, Scheduling Tours); moving users from sign-ups to engaged power users and establishing recurring frequency of use.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Partner directly with Product and Engineering to align marketing lifecycle messages with automated system alerts, ensuring a single, cohesive voice for the brand; Collaborate with Product teams during the pre-launch phase of releases and enhancements to architect the necessary user communications strategy. Partner with the core CRM team to ensure communications to consumers within the RDC+ environment are treated uniquely from other consumer categories.
  • Agile Execution: Rapidly deploy one-off communications for product feature releases, bug fixes, or time-sensitive business milestones.
  • Continuous Testing: Run A/B tests on copy, timing, and channel (Email vs. In-App) to constantly improve conversion rates toward adoption.

How We Work:

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience and product management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience with email and push notification channels, and in-product surfaces (sites, apps, pop-ups).
  • Previous CRM strategy experience ideally in an omnichannel environment (experience in multiple channels—email, web, and app preferred).
  • Experience leveraging consumer segmentation to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven experience driving product strategies that deliver outstanding user experiences while generating measurable business impact, including revenue growth and increased customer lifetime value.
  • Ability to think like a business owner, considering profitability, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and long-term growth.
  • Analytical rigor and curiosity — skilled in interpreting data, forming hypotheses, and driving actionable insights.
  • Sharp business acumen: able to balance user needs with company priorities, identify revenue levers, and make product decisions that advance both product quality and financial goals.
  • Ability to translate complex data or strategic rationale into compelling stories for both senior stakeholders and peers.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with complex cross-functional dependencies.
  • Deep technical and analytical skills to design solutions that help frame a positive user journey and a track record of working closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement them.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (hands-on experience with Braze or Cordial a plus), personalization stacks, and database management approaches.
  • Top-notch project management skills with emphasis on driving projects and target launch dates in a collaborative way
