We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global CXO Programs to join our growing Global CXO Programs team. Reporting to the Director of Global CXO Programs, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the strategy, planning, and execution of global executive programs—including CXO Summits, customer advisory boards, and specialized executive events
  • Assisting in building and nurturing executive relationships that position Zscaler as a valued strategic partner at the C-level
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership teams to align efforts and ensure smooth, coordinated delivery of executive experiences
  • Managing logistics, content coordination, speaker preparation, and post-event follow-up to deliver seamless, high-impact programs
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of best practices that enhance customer engagement and optimize program success

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

  • 7–10 years of experience supporting executive-level programs, customer engagement, or strategic events
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a proven ability to manage details and coordinate across stakeholders
  • Experience executing high-quality programs as part of a collaborative, global team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work across regions such as EMEA and APJ

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience supporting global CXO-level programs, summits, and customer advisory boards
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to executive engagement strategies that drive business impact
  • Experience managing external speakers and supporting executive communications for global events

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$147,000$210,000 USD
