The Senior Director of Executive Events & Experiences will shape an executive engagement strategy, build relationships with C-level executives, and design impactful experiences that enhance CrowdStrike's industry influence.

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Operations to serve as the strategic engine for our most elite sales segment. This isn't just about managing dashboards; it’s about architecting the operational framework for a $1B+ ARR business unit.

You will partner directly with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to drive predictable growth, optimize the "Big Deal" ecosystem, and ensure our Strategic Account Executives have the data-driven insights they need to win. You are the bridge between high-level corporate strategy and ground-level execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as the trusted advisor to Strategics RVPs and sales leadership. Translate complex sales data into actionable insights that influence territory planning, resource allocation, and white-space analysis.

  • The "Big Deal" Engine: Manage the operational lifecycle of our largest, multi-year enterprise deals. Facilitate deal reviews, ensure pricing integrity, and partner with Legal/Finance to remove friction from the closing process.

  • Predictive Forecasting: Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cadence for the Strategics segment. High accuracy is non-negotiable here—you’ll identify risks and upsides before they hit the radar.

  • Territory & Quota Management: Design and optimize territories for the top 200 accounts. Ensure distribution and alignment with CrowdStrike’s long-term land-and-expand goals.

  • Process Engineering: Identify bottlenecks in the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Clari, etc.) and build scalable solutions that reduce administrative burden for the field.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work in lockstep with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure a unified GTM motion for our most valuable customers.

Who You Are:

  • The Strategist: You understand that the Strategics segment operates differently than Commercial or Mid-Market. You excel at navigating the complexity of 7 and 8-figure deals.

  • The Data Storyteller: You don't just export reports; you find the "so what?" in the numbers.

  • The Diplomat: You can challenge a Senior RVP’s forecast with grace, backed by data and a deep understanding of the business.

  • The Builder: You thrive in high-growth environments where you often have to build the car while driving it.

What You'll Need:

  • Domain Expertise: Experience with executive stakeholder management with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level Salesforce, Excel and G-suite skills. Proficiency with Clari and Tableau a plus.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of ARR, NRR, churn and contraction, and complex contract structures.

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.

  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
