RTX has an opening for a Sr. Manager, SAP DT Lead - Business Transformation (Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) position.
Exciting Opportunity!
- Execute as our Finance DT Lead for Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture activities and all other system migration related activities.
- This role requires a motivated and organized individual who thrives on taking responsibility and tackling challenges in unfamiliar areas.
- The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the SAP Data Conversion Lifecyle for both inbound acquisitions and outbound divestitures.
- A thorough understanding of financial operating processes and the interaction across several SAP modules such as the Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), and Controlling (CO), is essential.
What You Will Do:
- Lead cross functional teams executing Merger, Divestiture, and Acquisition projects, including financial migrations from legacy environments into the Raytheon DOD enterprise financial application, as well as divestitures within that system
- As the primary DT POC for the Finance ERP system, work with multiple Agile Release Trains to align on specific MA&D project strategy
- Lead a team of technical professionals, take on complex challenges, work collaboratively, has excellent communications skills, manages conflict, values differences, and instills trust
- Ensure solutions meet internal Consumer needs and Service Level Agreements; achieve compliance with the Department of Defense (DOD) standards and Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements
- Gain a deep understanding of the entire RTX application portfolio and how our application landscape drives business process and policy
- Responsible for day-to-day activities for the Digital Technology Professionals supporting BU MA&D projects
- Collaborate across Enterprise Services to develop and improve ES MA&D processes
- Travel up to 10%+
Qualification You Must Have:
- Minimum of 10+ years leadership and SAP experience within the FI and CO modules, and a bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or finance or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
- Experience leading multiple SAP ERP/ECC & S/4HANA agile teams in a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated project management and agile methodology proficiency.
- Competent with Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) system implementing agile, lean, and dev ops practices at scale.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Aerospace & Defense Industry experience
- Working proficiency of DOD EVMS and DFARS Billing Regulations
- Experience across SAP HR, Project, Controlling, and/or Finance modules
- Accomplishments migrating from other financial applications into the SAP environment
- Fluent with Microsoft Tool Suite, specifically MS Project
- Ability to Travel up to 10%+

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
