Job Overview
This role leads the team that makes adopting AI at T-Mobile fast, easy, and frictionless. This is a builder's role. You'll design the experiences and processes that let teams bring AI into their work quickly, with the guardrails handled in the background rather than in their way. You'll own the enterprise's front-door experience for AI — one simple path in, smart routing to the right partners, and enablement that helps teams move. Here, governance exists to accelerate adoption safely, not to slow it. Success looks like teams across T-Mobile shipping AI faster because the path is clear and the friction is gone.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build frictionless intake and routing so requests reach the right partners without teams feeling the hand-offs.
  • Turn standards into easy, self-service enablement that helps teams adopt AI.
  • Remove blockers to AI adoption and keep simplifying the path.
  • Develop and maintain key internal partnerships to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Mentor team members by providing coaching and career development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology

Preferred Work Experience:

  • 4-7+ years Product Management. 5+ years' experience of product management in an agile software development environment.
  • 4-7+ years Technical Depth. 3+ years' experience in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company/application/product environment.
