Responsibilities:
- Drive new process node startup, qualification, yield, and ramp to world-class performance
- Guide development teams with deep process integration knowledge
- Build and apply feedback measures for new technology implementation
- Partner with Build, Technology Development, Design for Test, and Quality teams to prioritize yield issues
- Run electrical failure analysis and lift yield through data evaluation and bench testing
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, or materials engineering, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience working on DRAM in a Product Engineering role
- Familiarity with DRAM architecture, operation, testing, building, and process
- Hands-on experience with R&D and/or HVM cross-functional teams on failure analysis and yield ramp
- Strong DRAM test data analysis skills and root cause fail mode identification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Problem-solving and analytical skills using JMP and Python
- Project management and presentation strengths
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Sound decision-making in complex situations
- Proficiency with AI tools and understanding of how AI fits into product engineering
